We're looking for a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new grads welcome with strong ortho interest)
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and manual therapy skills

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, joint injuries, fractures, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
Develop customized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functional performance
Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care
Track patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical goals
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs
