Residential Escrow Officer

ONSITE Seeking Residential Escrow Officer who is willing to become a hybrid Commercial Escrow Officer (on the job training will be provided). Essential duties and responsibilities include: reviewing HUDs for approval, communicating with the closing coordinators, assisting closing coordinators with title clearance, assisting with policy requests and review, assisting disbursements department when needed, knowledge of client online banking systems, handling customer service calls, working closely with closing teams when issues arise, assisting with all post closing issues, holding and maintaining an escrow officer license by attending or participating in webinar training sessions for required continuing education credits, and performing all other duties as assigned. 4 - 6 years experience required. Ability to pass background, drug screen and if applicable medical (i.e. vision, hearing, or physical) if required by client.
