- Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions through finalization.
- Serve as a Strategic Client Partner, grasping their hiring insights, core challenges, and workplace culture.
- Utilize a Strategic Sourcing Approach through our exclusive CRM/ATS and your personal network, alongside our specialized communication tools.
- Harness Our Platform to manage candidate interactions, track outreach efforts, and streamline organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements that generate lasting value for clients while maximizing your commission potential.
- Participate in Creating Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.
- Comprehensive Tech Access: Enjoy a unified interface for CRM, ATS, and marketing communications - eliminating the frustration of juggling numerous tools, endless emails, or sticky notes!

- With 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience under your belt
