Data Center Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development Lead

DC BLOX, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development to lead site evaluation, feasibility studies, and permitting for prospective data center projects. This role works with Land Acquisition, Legal, Engineering, Design, Construction, Utilities, and external consultants to ensure timely, compliant development.
