As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our field crews and projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, crew efficiency, job readiness, and ongoing training—all while upholding safety and excellence in every task.

• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Account Managers on job progress and crew performance
• Supervise daily operations and ensure crews are equipped and ready
• Optimize scheduling and job sequencing to maximize productivity
• Oversee small installations and assist with resource planning
• Manage materials, equipment, and asset tracking (via Aspire & Invisitag)
• Maintain strong quality control and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Monitor performance of crew Foremen and provide training or corrective action as needed
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service standards

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple crews
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with landscape materials, equipment, and processes
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
• Comfortable using software systems like Aspire for scheduling and reporting
