Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
Home health experience required.
Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Ability to complete OASIS documentation, admits, evaluations, and discharges.
Experience overseeing PTAs or supervisory experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel home health experience preferred.
Comfortable with business casual or scrubs dress code.

Assignment Details
Full-time schedule.
Productivity expectations: 30 visits.
Coverage area: Olympia and surrounding area. Mileage reimbursed between patients.
On-call/weekend requirement: No.
