Founding Pharmacist-in-Charge & Head of Compounding

Praxis, Inc. in San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Founding Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and Head of Compounding for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead all nonsterile and sterile compounding operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and building an exceptional pharmacist and technician team. You will establish workflows, optimize inventories, and help shape the facility's quality, safety, and innovation agenda.
