Business Development Associate
Falcon Labs turns the post-transaction experience into an incremental revenue stream for online services and a rewarding moment for their customers. Our solution uses advanced technology and AI to deliver personalized, contextually relevant offers to consumers at their peak engagement moment, right after they complete a transaction.
The moment after a transaction is one of the most underutilized surfaces in commerce: intent is high, trust is established, and attention is real, yet for most brands it still ends with a static confirmation screen. We operate across major e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Wix, and a growing set of technology partnerships), earn a take rate on advertiser conversions, and run on real-time decisioning, Snowflake analytics, and an expanding push into agentic automation across the network. We are a team of ad-tech veterans from the mobile advertising world (ironSource/Unity).
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Analyst to join our fast-paced Business Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with major mobile and web app developers as well as well-known subscription services to leverage Falcon's platform to grow their business in a meaningful way.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Self-starter and eager to learnDemonstrate outstanding analytical ability and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and clearly able to communicate concepts and ideas
- Have experience prioritizing competing demands
- Flexible team-player who can use drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward
- Proven interest in technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in direct sales, of any form or sector
- Mobile experience and knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
- Understanding of models for intelligent decision making, such as game theory, chess, or poker.
- Proven competitive nature, either in sports or any field of passion
