Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Specialist in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting working in a day shift. This position involves executing specialized therapy plans to support patient motor skill and coordination improvement, teaching activities of daily living (ADLs), instructing on the use of adaptive equipment, and documenting patient progress. The role also includes patient and caregiver education, as well as operational duties such as preparing treatment areas and equipment cleaning.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant) experience in long-term care setting, TX or Compact license, prior experience in document review (DOR)
• Preferred Qualifications: DOR (Document of Record) experience
• Additional Information: No on-call or weekend work required. The start date is 10/12/2026, with an end date of 01/11/2027.
