Business Development Director

Business Development Director - US Healthcare

Location: Chicago, IL (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth and client acquisition for healthcare business process services (BPS) across payer, provider, and PBM organizations.

Required Experience:

15+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or consulting experience
Strong understanding of payer, provider, PBM, and healthcare operations
Proven track record of closing large outsourcing, managed services, or BPaaS deals ($10M+ TCV)
Experience selling healthcare operations solutions including claims, provider management, customer service, care management, revenue cycle, and payment integrity
Strong executive relationship management and consultative selling skills
Experience leveraging AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and expand existing healthcare accounts
Build and manage executive-level client relationships
Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract closure
Develop go-to-market strategies and healthcare solution positioning
Partner with solution and delivery teams to create client-focused proposals
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Preferred Background:

Healthcare BPO/BPS, managed services, consulting, or digital transformation sales
Experience working with healthcare payers, providers, and PBMs
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
