Assembler Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, youll help produce high-quality products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented production environment. Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use hand and manual tools to complete assembly tasks Inspect products to ensure quality, fit, and function meet specifications Perform basic quality checks and equipment upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with additional production tasks and team projects as needed Ability to stand and perform physical work for 810 hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions Basic math and measuring skills Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hoists Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to understand and communicate in English Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
