Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on care in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting while helping residents regain mobility, independence, and confidence. Position Responsibilities: Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies Accurately document treatment sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to deliver coordinated, resident-centered care Why Join Charleston Rehab & Nursing?
