Your new role

As the senior accounting leader, you will own financial reporting, WIP schedules, cash management, budgeting, payroll oversight, and banking and surety relationships. You'll lead and develop the accounting team while partnering closely with ownership on profitability, growth strategy, and process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring progressive accounting experience with a strong background in construction accounting, including WIP management, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, financial reporting, and team leadership. Experience working with bonded contractors, ERP systems, and GAAP-compliant financial management is highly desirable. xhyhwjd
