Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your expertise in providing inclusive and affirming care will empower clients from various backgrounds to engage in the therapeutic process confidently.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

  • At least three years of experience working in mental health counseling, preferably with individuals facing emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you have access to quality health resources.
