Hospice Field LPN - Home-Visit Nurse (On-Call)
Hospice of Southern Illinois, Inc.
Hospice of Southern Illinois is seeking a Field Staff Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based out of Belleville, IL. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, collaborate with the IDT, and participate in on-call after hours as needed. The role requires an IL LPN license, nursing education completion, and at least 1 year hospice experience preferred.
