PARKVIEW CHRISTIAN CHURCH is looking for a Campus Children's Director to join this exciting and fast-paced team. Parkview is one church with three campus locations. The Homer Glen Campus is seeking a full-time Children's Director to implement a well defined vision and strategy for leadership, training and support for Parkview Kid's volunteers while serving as a spiritual role model.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION you must have a testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, evidence of a desire to live a consistent Christian life with a mature Christian character and be committed to invest at Parkview as your home church.

REPORTS TO Jason Anhalt, Homer Glen Campus Pastor

REPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee implementation of weekend programming for all departments (early childhood, elementary, and kids safety teams)
• Develop volunteer recruitment strategies and implement a streamlined assimilation plan so that no potential volunteer is left behind
• Recruit, develop and equip a volunteer team to ensure proper ratios for all areas of childrens ministry
• Develop and implement strategies to effectively partner with parents
• Plan for and lead and Kids special events, trainings and classes.
• Oversee the campus budget for Homer Glen Parkview Kids accounts
• Oversee all Rock connections for Parkview Kids to ensure the efficient execution of all established processes
• Work alongside campus pastor and other campus staff through community outreach, carrying out Parkviews mission and vision

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-time // Exempt

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week // A mixture of weekday, weekend and evening hours
