Senior Director, Program Team Lead

Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks a Senior Director to lead integrated program strategy for TIL cell therapy assets across clinical development stages. The role owns cross-functional coordination of clinical, CMC, regulatory, and commercial workstreams, translating strategy into execution while maximizing clinical success, regulatory approval, and commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Own program strategy and vision from early development through registration and commercialization
• Chair cross-functional program team and manage timelines across clinical, CMC, regulatory, and commercial areas
• Frame program decisions around clinical probability of success, regulatory pathway, and commercial value
• Monitor competitive landscape in solid tumor oncology and translate insights into program-level actions
• Partner with senior leadership and governance bodies to advance programs and drive execution

Requirements

• Deep oncology drug development and CMC experience with autologous cell therapy expertise
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability across workstreams
• Strategic judgment in early-stage data strategy and late-stage registration execution
• Experience navigating regulatory pathways for advanced therapies in solid tumors
• Strong executive communication and ability to present trade-off analyses to senior leadership
