Please note this list is not all-inclusive, as well as exceptions to these rules may apply for certain departments.Responsibilities:Achieves quotas provided by management for room goals, new business, events, entertainment, etc…Actively and consistently communicate with the assigned guestsEffectively handles customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous mannerGreets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions.Increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted customer base.Promotes the Unity Loyalty program and related promotions.Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and proceduresKeeps informed of competitive promotions.Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to our valued guestsMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.Must have excellent communication skills, tact and judgment, high moral integrity and strong work ethic.Other duties as assigned.Provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events and Player's Club programs.Responsible for telemarketing to active and inactive customers by mail and phone to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and reports the results of these efforts.Safeguards the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.Tracks guest's visits, arranges accommodations and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines.Updates guest history for future visits.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of casino-related guest experience, casino host experience, or sales experience requiredMust be computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.Fluency in Spanish, Hindi, and/or Gujarati, other than English, is preferred.Experience in casino and/or hotel environment requiredExperience in gaming machines and/or table games requiredMust have excellent interpersonal communication skills, team-building, and problem-solving skills.Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes our Guests want to return, giving each Guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
