3PL Warehouse Sales Manager

Warehouse Specialists, LLC (WSI) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to aggressively expand our warehousing business throughout our ~14 million sqft U.S. footprint. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with clients requiring substantial storage space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, a proven track record of success in business development, and a deep understanding of verticals that would typically require large footprints. Experience and established relationships with customers that require rail access for their warehousing is also desirable.
