Corporate ParalegalGeorge E. Booth Co. is a major distributor of process instrumentation products and valves, and related services.We are looking to hire our next full-time Corporate Paralegal to join our Greenwood, Indiana team.Position Summary:The Corporate Paralegal will support our in-house Legal Department and work closely with the General Counsel and internal teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their legal career in a collaborative corporate setting. The position involves contract review, compliance tracking, legal research, and support with employment-related and corporate governance matters.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Review, draft, and organize various business contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service agreements).Support the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, notices, and recordkeeping.Assist with legal research, summarizing findings, and drafting internal memoranda.Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, filings, and compliance reports.Provide general legal support for employment-related documentation and policy updates.Help coordinate with Human Resources, management, and outside counsel when needed.Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all legal, corporate, and employee records.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, or a related field.1-4 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Preferred:Paralegal Certification (or working toward one).Experience supporting contract management or compliance in a corporate or manufacturing environment.Work Environment:Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.Some travel may occur.Office and manufacturing environments; PPE may be required in certain areas.Why Join Us:Collaborate with a supportive, innovative team.Collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales success.Opportunity to develop your paralegal skills.Full benefits package starting on day one, competitive compensation, PTO and matching 401(k).
