Transactional Paralegal (Low Income Housing Tax Credits)

We are seeking a Transactional Paralegal to join our Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) group. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to take ownership of transactions from start to finish, with significant responsibility and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage LIHTC transactions throughout the full lifecycle
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Lead and coordinate transaction calls
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
• Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal execution

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading client interactions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
