Family Nurse Practitioner - Float


HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Float to fill an opening in Chagrin Falls, Ohio .



Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner - Float:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Monday - Friday 9AM - 8PM, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM

Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner - Float:

• Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Clear and active NP license in Ohio
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Primary Care

Pay Details: $75 to $80/Hour
