Lead Sales Operations Specialist

As a Lead Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a strategic role in driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our sales team operates at the highest level of excellence.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and strategies
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations
  • Provide guidance and facilitate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Partner with North America sales leadership to derive insights to help shape the business and coach the sales team

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 or more years of experience in Sales/Commercial, sales operations or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems
