About the Role: The Hourly Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail or service environment, ensuring that all hourly employees are effectively managed to meet organizational goals. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team productivity during assigned shifts. The Hourly Manager acts as a key leader on the floor, providing guidance, support, and motivation to hourly staff while addressing any issues that arise promptly and professionally. They collaborate closely with senior management to implement company policies, manage schedules, and drive sales performance. Ultimately, the Hourly Manager ensures a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflict effectively. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to hourly employees. Previous experience in a multi-unit or high-volume retail setting. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
