Compensation: $26.00-$30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools, spas, and water features, including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and backwashing.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and healthy conditions for swimmers.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders, and automation systems.
• Monitor and adjust chemical feeders and automated control systems for proper operation.
• Identify potential issues or safety hazards and communicate findings promptly to management or clients.
• Maintain accurate service records, including water chemistry logs, maintenance reports, and repair documentation.
• Manage assigned service routes efficiently while upholding The Pool Pros' standards of quality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve service challenges and support company operations.
• Represent The Pool Pros with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
