Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
• Review, organize, and distribute invoices and accounting documentation
• Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and payment documentation
• Process turnover invoices and security deposit returns as the Accounting Specialist owner of these workflows
• Support month-end close by ensuring complete and accurate records
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting, rent reminders, and collections
• Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding billing and payments



Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
• 2+ years of accounting, property management, or related administrative experience
• Hands-on property management experience (required)
• AppFolio experience (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
