Patient Care CoordinatorOur office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Here is what you need to know about the role, our team and why we could be the right next step in your career.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:Welcoming patients to the dental officeMaintaining accurate patient recordsAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messagesCheck, sort and forward emailsKeep updates records and filesKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Weekends off.As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.Your BackgroundYou are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve.
