Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Professional certification required: PT Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Home health experience in physical therapy Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 40 hours per week across 5 days Weekend/on-call requirement: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Coverage area includes Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Desoto, Waxhachie, Cleburne, and Red Oak Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Productivity expectation: 30 points Dress code: Navy blue scrubs Apply now and we’ll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details.
