Job Description We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Cell Phone Assemblers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess sharp vision, acute hearing, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment. This position involves the assembly and quality control of mobile phone components, requiring strong focus, manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining product excellence. Key Responsibilities Assemble small and intricate components of mobile devices according to standardized procedures. Inspect assembled units to ensure they meet quality specifications. Operate hand tools, small machinery, or assembly equipment as needed. Identify and report any faults or inconsistencies during assembly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Willingness and ability to work overtime when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in electronics or assembly work is a plus, but not required. Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality. Sharp vision (with or without corrective lenses) for inspecting small parts. Acute hearing to respond to audio signals or cues during the assembly process. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. xmvmafu Strong work ethic and punctuality.
