No experience is required but we do look for a few specific characteristics. What makes the ideal candidate? The kind of person that laughs in the face of 100° weather and 12 hour days (although technically we usually work about 8 or 9). Able to work well with others in team environment. Strong commitment to customer service. That is our #1 priority. Able to work some weekends. Have a 'can-do' attitude, ready to help customers with their needs. Pay and Perks We offer the most competitive pay in the moving industry. Lead movers can earn over $20/hr including tips. Regular team meetings with breakfasts or lunches provided. Obviously. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week. Must have own reliable means of transportation. Must be willing and able to drive our 24-26′ box trucks. If no experience, don’t worry we will train you. Must be willing to take on the responsibility of managing crews, supervising jobs, and taking on the role of a lead mover once training is completed. Must have a love or at least general tolerance for manual labor. Who doesn’t love lifting stuff? Must be clean cut and very well mannered (our momma’s got to approve).
