This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew, installing top-quality heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities: Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to ensure proper system installation Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new equipment Perform system start-up, commissioning, and testing to verify proper operation Collaborate with lead technicians and installation crews to complete jobs on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions Requirements: Prior experience in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial) EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification preferred Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude About Us: SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is a trusted HVAC contractor proudly serving Roseto, PA and the surrounding communities.
