Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Instruct Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families in therapy methods that encourage progress beyond the clinic
• Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Document patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing success

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
