Job Overview The Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Brainerd & Little Falls is responsible for driving brand growth and developing long-term professional relationships across multiple industry sectors, including insurance, residential, commercial, property management, hospitality/resorts, and community organizations. This role is designed for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is hungry for sales success and committed to exceeding a first-year sales goal of $500,000. Success in this position is built through consistent in-person engagement, relationship development, and strong community presence, not transactional sales. Representatives are expected to be actively in the field Monday through Friday, building connections with referral partners, prospects, and clients. This role also requires active participation in community events, networking opportunities, and after-hours engagement, helping to expand SERVPRO’s visibility and reputation throughout the Brainerd Lakes and Little Falls areas. The representative will utilize SERVPRO marketing tools, including Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP), to educate partners and clients on services and long-term value. Clear communication, consistent follow-up, and proactive relationship management are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Benefits Company car Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Benefits available upon start of employment Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Benefits available after 90 days of employment Health Insurance Kavira Health Benefit HSA (if enrolled in health insurance) — Company contributes $100 per month into HSA Dental insurance Retirement Plan match Free Life Insurance coverage Short term disability Accident Insurance Critical Care Insurance Employee Resource Group Relationship Development & Field Activity Conduct daily in-person visits within assigned territory (Monday–Friday) Build and maintain relationships across insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, business owners, resort operators, and homeowners Establish SERVPRO as the go-to restoration provider in the Brainerd & Little Falls markets Execute a structured route plan to ensure consistent coverage and engagement Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships Business Development & Client Engagement Actively promote SERVPRO services across residential, commercial, and specialty industries (including resorts and seasonal properties) Deliver presentations, trainings, and educational meetings to referral partners Drive adoption of the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) program Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure readiness, satisfaction, and repeat business Follow up on active and completed jobs to strengthen relationships and identify future opportunities Community Involvement & Brand Growth Attend and actively participate in local networking events, chambers, associations, and industry functions Represent SERVPRO at community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives Engage in evening and weekend activities to expand relationships and brand awareness Support and help coordinate client appreciation and marketing events Act as a visible ambassador for SERVPRO within the community Reporting & Accountability Submit a weekly performance report including daily activity and contacts made, progress toward sales and relationship goals, opportunities, challenges, and next steps Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in CRM (SalesForce) Participate in regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Track progress toward monthly and annual sales targets Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or relationship-based roles Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Ability to manage territory independently and stay organized Comfortable working primarily in the field (80–9%) Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or service industries preferred Proficient with CRM systems and basic business software Work Environment & Travel Extensive local travel (up to 90%) within Brainerd, Little Falls, and surrounding areas Work is primarily conducted in the field, with some administrative office tasks Ability to drive, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods Work Schedule Full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Flexibility required for evening and weekend events, networking, and community engagement Additional Expectations This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for growth and driven to exceed sales goals Thrives on building relationships and being active in the community Enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment Takes pride in helping grow the SERVPRO brand in the local market Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley
