3 Data Engineer - SQL expert / Snowflake

We have 3 positions open for Data Engineers. The roles are 100% remote It's very important that along with expert level SQL, Snowflake, Experience with connecting large and disparate datasets, Experience with online/digital datasets (This experience needs to be shown on the resume) There are millions of lines of data and the candidates needs to be able to write crazy SQL, and to design and build schema and data models in Snowflake. Our team works collaboratively to standardize data collection from all our web & mobile properties. In addition we are also the team responsible for making the connection between offline data (call center etc.) and online data available for a member 360. We are motivated, self-starters willing to push the limits of technology to simplify work and achieve the best outcomes. Team Composition

Build and optimize data pipelines that power analytics, dashboards, and enterprise reporting. Reason for Request
Critical gap in resource that we need to fill to support to build pipelines, validate and get data ready for consumption in dashboards and reports. Motivators
Team realignments and increase in stakeholders provide an opportunity to create end-to-end customer journeys. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines from diverse data sources. Design and optimize Snowflake schemas and data models. Partner with analytics and BI teams to translate business needs into data solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across pipelines. Provide power BI dashboards and support for various teams. The role is unique as it will partner with our Adobe AEP CDP and also Adobe CJA team to enrich the data and have the ability to power customer and provider 360's. There is a lot of opportunity to enable change as well as learn on the job. Candidate Requirements Education / Certification Years of Experience Required Expertise in SQL and hands on Snowflake development. Experience integrating disparate datasets. Strong understanding of data modeling (star schema, dimensional models). Familiarity with Python and data orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, dbt a plus). Collaborative mindset and strong problem solving skills. Disqualifiers Lack of experience in dealing with building datasets for analytics. Additional Qualities to Look For Healthcare industry experience. Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills (Stack Ranked)
