About the Job Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer with the capacity to expand and develop HR services for healthcare providers in Nashville, TN. The Position:
- Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
- Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
- HR Services Development.
- W-2 preparation.
- Client and Employee inquiry resolution.
- Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
- Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
- U.S. work authorization required.
- No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
- Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).
- Excellent communication skills - proactive, clear, effective (in person and on the phone).
- High attention to detail - ability to analyze, address and implement.
- High emotional intelligence - empathetic and solutions oriented.
- Leadership skills - accountable, self-motivated, compassionate.
