Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis (DIA) – Per Diem Opportunity to work at a partnering facility in MyrtleBeach, SC. Responsibilities Assist patients undergoing dialysis treatment, removing toxins normally excreted by the renal system. Assess patients prior to dialysis treatment. Monitor frequent blood pressure, heart rate, and other symptoms to maintain proper hemodynamics throughout treatment. Analyze vital signs, assess vascular access (fistula, artificial graft, or central venous line), and obtain patient weight to determine fluid volume to be removed. Perform hemodialysis treatments in accordance with approved facility policies and procedures. Monitor patients during dialysis and assess any emergent changes in condition. Administer and chart all prescribed pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis medications. Qualifications Current and unencumbered State Nursing License. At least 1 year of recent dialysis experience.
