Responsibilities: • Ensure each guest room is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for our guests. • Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage daily room cleaning schedules and meet operational goals. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. • Replenish room supplies and amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant experience. • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff. • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep and appearance of the resort. • Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to address guest requests and enhance their stay experience. Qualifications: • Experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Proven track record of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail to ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean and inviting. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to report maintenance issues or lost items promptly. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to maintain a supportive work environment. Compensation: $16 hourly to start
