Restaurant Team Member At Panera Bread, you will be the heart of hospitality—bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients. Assist guests in the entry, cashier, and dining areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols, including daily sanitation and stocking duties. Adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude and support the team’s shift transitions. Assist in various bakery‑cafe areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and quick understanding in a loud environment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law). Food service experience preferred but not required.
