Personal Assistant (Unpaid Internship) Beltran Cleaning Service is a fast growing, Residential & Commercial Cleaning Service in Chicago & the NW Suburbs. Job Description Provides personal and administrative support in an organized and timely manner to the CEO. Will work on a variety of tasks related to CEO's working life and personal life, and provide clear and professional communication to CEO, C-level managers, work associates and customers. Manage and organize calendar Plan and schedule meetings and appointments Track incoming and outgoing correspondence Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations Organize and maintain files and records Make travel and accommodation arrangements Provide quality customer service Manage expenses and bill payments Assist in planning and organizing parties and other events Conduct research Run errands, professional and personal Handle other assignments or projects as assigned This is an unpaid internship Qualifications Good organizational skills with an attention to detail Ability to communicate in a clear and professional way Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong typing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Demonstrated ability to proactively and intuitively identify and resolve issues with strong decision making capability Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Ability to handle conflict effectively Driver's license required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
