With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.Location: United States, Remote with 30% travel, domestic and internationalTravel: 25-30% required travelAs a Senior Electrical Engineer – Battery Systems, Controls & EMS Integration, you will provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and optimization of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects supporting next-generation data center and grid applications. Reporting to the Chief Electrical Engineer, you will lead battery sizing, evaluate BESS technologies, validate inverter/PCS performance, and drive the integration of EMS, Plant Controllers, and SCADA systems to ensure reliable, high-performing energy storage solutions.
