Title: Substitute Special Education Aide (7.25 hrs) - East Elementary

Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking a flexible, adaptable, and student-centered individual for a Substitute Special Education Aide position at Milton East Elementary. This position will be employed and compensated through Kelly Education but managed by the School District of Milton. Employment will begin on October 5, 2026 and continue through December 1, 206, with shifts consisting of 7.25 hours per day and up to 36.25 hours per week.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking individuals who will be able to assist teachers working with students with disabilities, including academic, social, emotional and behavioral support, transporting, and clerical duties as well as potential personal care. Candidates should be organized, have strong communication skills, have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, lift 80 pounds, and be able to collaboratively work with others. The chosen permanent substitute special education aides will be required to obtain a Special Education Program Aide License O070 through the Department of Public Instruction.
