Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of related experience
• Experience as a Project Administrator, Development Assistant, Project Engineer, Property Manager, Contract Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar
• Experience processing contracts, invoices, and project documentation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and administrative support experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Construction, development, or capital project support experience
• Budget tracking, accruals, or cost coding experience
Job Description
A commercial real estate company in the logistics real estate space is looking to hire a Project Coordinator. This individual will support development and construction projects by drafting, routing, and managing contracts, addenda, and change orders in PeopleSoft. They will review and process project invoices, verify cost coding, coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve discrepancies, maintain contractor insurance records, prepare project reports and budget-to-actual reporting, organize project documentation in Box, and serve as a liaison between development and accounting teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting expense reports, travel coordination, and other administrative functions for the group. This is a 3-month contract opportunity supporting the Lehigh Valley office, with a target pay rate of $30-$40/hour.
