We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Pay: $18.00 per hourSummary: Provides daily cleaning services for all areas of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, and other areas as required.Key Responsibilities:Provides daily cleaning for all areas of the operation, including, but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, and restroom facilities.Performs light and heavy cleaning, including, but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays.Identifies and reports to the supervisor when supplies are needed.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as required.Knowledge/Skill:Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., the associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; or one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates/Licenses:None required.Physical Requirements:Frequently stands, walks, and sits.Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, and talks and hears.Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, and crouches.Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds.Environment/Noise:Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals.Noise level is moderate.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaAdditional Compensation – Eligibility for BonusesEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
