Backfilling provider coming up on their one year - candidates must have ERCP! Rate Caps for Submission: Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation *** - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours" Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rates "Per holiday hour, no OT" On Call (Daily) *** and below - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - *** - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" Call Back *** and below - "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms." Holiday Call Back *** - "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Schedule/Availability Requirements: 24hr call 1-2 weeks/month Start Date: July 2025 Duration: 6+ months Must respond within 30 minutes. Woodland Memorial Hospital has 75 acute care beds with 8 of those in the ICU. There are 17 ED beds. Facility Location: 1321 Cottonwood St., 3rd Floor Woodland, CA 95695 Setting: Acute Community Hospital FTE: 1.0 # Providers Needed: 1 Required Procedures: Standard GI colonoscopy and endoscopy and ERCP EMR: Cerner Patients per Day: 0-3 Support Staff: assigned MA/procedure scheduler Reason for Coverage: 1 of the 3 GI docs has tendered his resignation and we were already searching for 2 add'l permanent physicians.
