Our organization, situated just an hour's drive north of Dallas, is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a talented Urologist to become part of our team in Denison, TX. This position has opened up due to retirement, and we are eager to find a candidate who can help us expand our services.
Opportunity Highlights- Employed Role: Join our hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside two experienced Urologists and one independent provider.
- On-Call Schedule: Benefit from a balanced rotation of 1:3, ensuring a manageable workload.
- Comprehensive Procedures: Engage in a wide range of standard Urologic procedures, including robotic surgery, supported by a strong referral network.
- Compensation Package: Receive a competitive base salary along with a performance-based bonus system, comprehensive benefits, and appealing incentives such as sign-on bonuses and relocation support.
