JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Needed
- Hospital Employed Group
- See full scope of Pediatric to Geriatric patients Internal Medicine Physicians see 16+
- Take your own call or be a part of a larger group with 1 week every 10 weeks
- Freestanding ED 5 miles from office
- Outpatient Only

Great smaller community, family friendly located just a short 10 minute drive to Springfield Ohio, less than an hour to Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio. Close knit community with access to dining, shopping, hiking, cycling and canoeing.
