This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates who are ready to step up and lead. Responsibilities Manage the entire shift, ensuring all operations meet Papa John's standards. Oversee labor and other key performance metrics to keep the business on track. Ensure "9 or better" quality for every pizza that goes out the door. Execute "aces in their places" strategy to manage the rush effectively. Lead dough management processes to ensure product freshness and quality. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Delegate tasks and motivate the crew to maintain high energy and productivity. Requirements Previous experience as a Shift Lead at Papa John's is strongly preferred. Ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong delegation skills and the ability to lead a diverse team. Proven track record of managing labor numbers and food quality.
