⚖️ We're Hiring: Civil Litigation Attorney
???? Location: Downtown Orlando, FL (in office)
???? Employment Type: Full-Time (8:30 to 5:30)
Job Description:
A high-quality firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a result, the attorney candidate must have strong litigation experience to be successful.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Handles a broad variety of civil, corporate, and commercial litigation matters.
- Understanding of federal, state and legal precedents. Ideal candidates must be Florida barred and must have experience in Federal Court, State Court, and other federal and state agencies.
- Handles litigation cases from inception through resolution, including intake, drafting pleadings, depositions, meditations, and court appearances.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience as a civil trial lawyer.
- Experience in Federal and State Business Court is preferred. Court experience necessary.
- Must have a proven track record in legal research and drafting of pleadings, memos and briefs.
- Strong computer and organization skills required.
- Must bill a minimum 35+ hours a week.
- Existing book of business preferred but not required.
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage a full case load.
