Practice OverviewSeeking an experienced Critical Care NP or PA to join a strong, collaborative team of Critical Care Intensivists at a 249-bed acute care community hospital serving eastern Connecticut: Provide holistic, high-quality care to critically ill patients admitted to the critical care unit Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic diseases Perform procedures and order and interpret diagnostic tests Communicate with patients and families about their conditions Collaborate with a variety of consultants across specialties Comprehensive knowledge of acute critical care conditions, diagnostics, and treatments expected EMR: Epic Äî state-of-the-art clinical and informatics technology Dedicated support through the Office of Advanced Practice Part of one of the largest non-profit, fully integrated healthcare systems in Connecticut

Required Qualifications Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Äî unrestricted Connecticut license or eligibility Äî required Minimum 1 year of Advanced Practice experience in a critical care setting Äî required Neurocritical care experience Äî highly preferred
