Siebel CRM Developer

Job Summary:

The Intermediate Software Developer - CRM role focuses on Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration. The position requires extensive experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, including testing and integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE technologies. The role also involves report development using OBIEE and PowerBI, along with strong skills in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. Candidates will collaborate with functional and technical teams, contributing to large-scale projects primarily within public sector domains. Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, and test Oracle Siebel CRM applications, including integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE.
• Develop and maintain Siebel technical configurations using Siebel Tools and Web Templates.
• Utilize Siebel Open UI classes and methods for customization and automation.
• Develop and test reports using OBIEE and PowerBI platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with both functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in test automation efforts for Siebel applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve development processes and product functionality.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration.
• At least 3 years of experience in Siebel integration development and testing with Adobe AEM and J2EE.
• Proficiency with Siebel IP18 or later versions.
• Experience with Siebel Tools software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI classes and methods.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
• Experience with Transfer Payments.
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation.
• Working knowledge of Open UI concepts including PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files.
• Demonstrated ability to work in large team environments and adapt to changing priorities.
